Julie and Andre Strydom are the founders of By The Waters African Trade, guided by a belief that great wine and artisanal products tell the story of their origin. What began in the early 2000s as a commitment to champion local producers evolved into an international trade business, leading to the launch of By The Waters African Trade in 2021, entry into the international wine market in 2023, and the opening of their online platform in 2024. Today, they curate boutique South African wines, premium olive oils, and bespoke tasting experiences, working closely with a global network of producers with a focus on authenticity, quality, and lasting partnerships.
